These online shopping terms and conditions apply to all orders which you place using our website buylcds.co.uk or through our Facebook shop. Please read them carefully before placing your order with ourselves and keep a copy for your own reference.
Minimum Age Policy –
You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to make any purchases from our site.
Shipping –
Any orders that are placed before 1:30pm will be dispatched same day via DPD or Royal Mail, any orders after 1:30pm will be dispatched on the next working day via DPD or Royal Mail. Buylcds.co.uk cannot he held responsible for any delays caused by the courier services, buylcds.co.uk will also not be held responsible or liable for any loss of products or damages that occur in shipment.
All orders placed will be delivered to the exact address given so please ensure all details are fully completed correct with house/building number also a postcode before placing you order, buylcds.co.uk will not be responsible for lack of goods if delivery sent to the address provided.
The delivery times of our stock is expected to arrive as follows:
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For: Orders sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery require a signature and usually arrive on the following day from the day of dispatch, but please allow up to 5 working days for Royal Mail to deliver your order. Please note requests to deliver to an alternative address may have an additional charge from the courier which will be passed onto yourself.
Royal Mail 1st Class: We expect First Class Mail to reach you within 2 days from the day of dispatch - subject to Royal Mail suspensions of service
DPD Next Day: We expect DPD next day delivery to arrive on the following working day of dispatch, these deliveries will require a signature on delivery and a tracking number will be able to be provided if wanted. Please note requests to an alternative address may have an additional charge from the courier which will be passed onto yourself.
Returns –
If you change your mind about an order it must be returned to ourselves unused and undamaged, this should be returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date.
If any product arrives back with us and is damaged and/or used, then no refund will be processed.

All the parts that we use are of high quality purchased from the open market but we do not claim that they are original unless otherwise specified.
